Roly's Relic: the Cross of Baal by Jon Cory - Reviews

I laughed my way through Jon Cory's first novel, A Plague of Scoundrels. I eagerly anticipated this newest frolic through the Middle Ages. It does not disappoint. Both books channel Mark Twain and his, Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court. If you love Twain's twisted sense of humor, you will enjoy Jon Cory's great use of the literary version of the way-back machine to transport you to a distant time - but with modern twists and turns. Don't keep this book at your bedside - you'll never sleep!
